City Cycle London – Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

How Our Order & Build Process Works

  • Ordering: When you place an order on our website, we reserve or order your specific bicycle model directly from our brand partners.

  • Workshop Build & Inspection (PDI): Whether you choose Click & Collect or Home Delivery, every bike arrives at our Covent Garden hub where our certified workshop technicians perform a complete assembly, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and rigorous safety check.

  • Lead & Dispatch Times: Lead times vary depending on model, color option, and manufacturer availability. Estimated lead times are stated on product pages and confirmed in your order receipt.

Fulfillment Options

  • Option A: Click & Collect (Free)

  • Location: City Cycle London, 42 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9HJ.

  • Process: Once your bike is built and safety tested, we will notify you via email and SMS that it is ready for collection.

  • What to Bring: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport). Our workshop team will adjust the saddle and handlebars to your preference during pickup.

 

Option B: Home / Address Delivery

  • Process: Once your bike passes our full workshop inspection, we carefully package it in protective transport packaging and dispatch it directly to your

  • address.

Delivery Fees:

  • Greater London Area: £80.00

  • UK Mainland (Outside Greater London): £110.00

  • Tracking & Delivery: You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated arrival window as soon as your bike leaves our hub.

 

Delivery Coverage (Off-Mainland & International)

  • Standard delivery rates apply to Greater London and UK Mainland addresses. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Channel Islands, or

  • international locations, please contact us at info@citycycle.co.uk prior to ordering so we can provide a bespoke shipping quote.

Receiving Your Delivered Bike

  • Bikes shipped to your address are carefully packaged following their workshop build. Minimal final setup (such as straightening the handlebars or fitting pedals) may be required.

  • Please inspect the packaging upon arrival. In the unlikely event of visible transit damage, please take photos immediately and contact our team within 48 hours at info@citycycle.co.uk.
